We dove deep into brainstorming sessions to unearth the true essence of the brand, sifting through customer feedback and spying on what the competitors were up to. With the help of a talented brand designer, we birthed a new visual identity that spilled over into a website redesign. We crafted catchy copies, renamed the brand and products, collaborated with a UGC creator to bring the brand to life, and revamped the social media feed for a month-long takeover.

"All-Natural Body Care + Candles to Pamper Yourself and transform your shower into a spa-like experience." We wanted to paint a picture where everyday life could be a spa day – no spa trips or big spending required. This concept danced through the brand bio, website copy, product names, descriptions, and a trilogy of UGC videos that spoke directly to the heart of their audience.
The rebrand wasn't just a facelift but a revolution. Soph & Sam Naturals emerged with a fresh identity, inviting customers into a world of self-care and pampering. The UGC videos struck a chord, resonating with their target audience and setting the stage for a month-long social media takeover that radiated the essence of the new brand. Soph & Sam Naturals wasn't just selling products; they were selling moments of bliss, one all-natural indulgence at a time.
